  • Collect the chicken, eggs, almond flour, breadcrumbs, and seasonings, then preheat the air fryer to 430°Fahrenheit (220°Celsius) so it’s hot and ready.
  • Whisk the eggs in one dish and mix the breadcrumbs, almond flour, and seasonings in another to set up smooth dipping stations.
  • Dip each chicken leg quarter in the eggs, then press into the breadcrumb–almond flour mix until fully and evenly coated.
  • Lightly spray the basket with EVO oil to prevent sticking and help the coating crisp without becoming greasy.
  • Place the coated chicken in the basket without crowding; cook at 430°Fahrenheit (220°Celsius) for 15 minutes, flip, and cook another 10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
