  • ½ Cup Celery diced
  • ¼ Cup Dressing ranch or blue cheese
  • Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter melted (optional)
  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 8 Pieces Lettuce Boats romaine or butter

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat the lettuce leaves dry, then lay them flat. Chop the celery for topping and set aside.
  • Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl, adding melted butter if desired, until fully coated.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken into the center of each lettuce leaf, keeping the filling neatly in the middle.
  • Top with chopped celery and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese, then fold the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Cook the chicken with aromatics. Garlic, onion, and a splash of soy sauce add a big burst of flavor without much effort.
  • Add a sauce with a kick. A drizzle of spicy mayo or chili sauce brings the wraps to life and makes them extra tasty.
