  • Gather chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, seasonings, and EVO oil, and preheat the air fryer to 430°Fahrenheit (220°Celsius). Having everything ready makes the process smoother.
  • Whisk the eggs in one bowl and combine breadcrumbs with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another to create your coating.
  • Cut chicken into fry-shaped strips, dip each in the egg wash, then fully coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Set the breaded strips aside.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with EVO oil, place the chicken strips in a single layer, spritz the tops with oil, and cook for 12 minutes at the preheated temperature.
  • Flip the strips halfway through cooking so both sides crisp evenly, and finish until golden and crunchy. Enjoy once cooked through.
