Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Pound Ribeye Steak
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°Fahrenheit (200°Celsius) for about 5 minutes. Set out your spices, oil, and butter while it heats.
  • Cut the ribeye into small, even cubes and place them in a mixing bowl for easy seasoning.
  • Add salt, garlic powder, black pepper, avocado oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°Fahrenheit (200°Celsius) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Melt the butter in a small bowl, adding a pinch of salt if desired.
  • Rest the steak for 2 minutes, then drizzle with melted butter and toss gently. Finish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Thicker chunks will take longer, smaller tips will cook faster. Always rest your meat before serving to keep it juicy.
  • Don’t skip preheating the air fryer because a hot air fryer basket gives the steak tips an instant sear. This quick blast of heat helps lock in moisture and improves the crispy edges.
  • Avoid crowding the basket, or the steak tips will steam instead of crisping. Cook in batches if needed so every piece gets proper airflow and better browning.
